I’m not getting a response for a new account or I have a renewal problem!

Sun, Mar 24, 2013 If you’ve submitted a request for a new account and have not received a response within 12 hours, it’s likely your email provider is marking emails from raidhub.com as spam. Try sending another request with a different email address, or email sales@raidhub.com directly.
You may have typo’d your email address and it is bouncing back. Try sending an email to sales@raidhub.com instead of using the form.
If you have a billing/renewal problem, send an email. I check email frequently and I am on IM all the time.
